Approval Process

Release flow of a new marketplace​

  • We currently take an average of 40 hours to approve a new marketplace, but the completion leadtime depends on the number of corrections identified and the response time in relation to the adjustments made by the partner.
    • The approval process is carried out within our development sprints (3 weeks), limited to 2 concurrent approvals per sprint. In this way, the approval start deadline will be according to the availability of the sprint schedule.
  • In order for us to have a better agility in the approval process, please evaluate the required prerequisites and the test script that we will consider during the process.

Roadmap of tests performed​

  • After the module has met the prerequisites, our Quality Team will run the Test Roadmap below to validate all the possibilities that the Seller can use in the new marketplace channel using ANYMARKET, thus ensuring a good experience for Sellers.
  • During the tests, if our analysts find correction needs, they will report it through Trello that will be shared with the marketplace, for the responsible development team to be aware, thus enabling a better view of the necessary adjustments and progress of the process of homologation.

Communication channels​

To facilitate communication between the ANYMARKET Team and the partner in relation to error reporting and evolution of the approval process, we will provide the following channels:

  • Slack – A channel will be made available to solve quick doubts during the approval and adjustments process. In this channel, those involved in the approval of the Marketplace will be added.
  • Trello – A Board will be created in Trello with the parties involved in the approval, to record the errors found and monitor the progress of the adjustments by the partner.

  • Bug Report / Under analysis – Errors found by the ANYMARKET Quality Team, in an internal review.
  • Suggestions – Possible suggestions for improvements in the module.
  • Bug Report – Errors found, which need to be analyzed by the marketplace team.
  • Under review (Partner) – Tasks under review by the marketplace.
  • Completed Tasks – Tasks with adjustments already made by the Marketplace, pending revalidation by the quality team
  • Completed Approval – Tasks already revalidated by the quality team.
