F.A.Q

I already work with an integrator, does this influence anything?

If the seller already works with an integrator, when switching to ANYMARKET, the previous integrator may stop synchronizing orders. So that he doesn't have any problems, we recommend that the seller keep the integrator he uses until ANYMARKET is ready for use. Our Onboarding team is ready to accompany you in this transition and provide all necessary support.

Is there an ANYMARKET extension for Magento?

Yes! An ANYMARKET extension for Magento is available. This extension has been tested and guaranteed to work in Magento versions above 1.6.x. and core without changes. Therefore, if your Magento doesn't meet these characteristics, our extension can behave in different ways, depending on the customizations made to your core, requiring some adaptations. To guarantee that our module will work perfectly in your environment, guaranteeing the best experience for your customer, it is necessary that you homologate the module in order to guarantee its perfect operation. If adaptations are necessary, the module's source code is distributed free of charge so that you can make changes to better adapt to your needs. If in doubt we can help you.

I am a partner and I have questions regarding the API. Who do I line up with?

If you are integrating with us and have any questions regarding the API, the first thing to do is review our documentation. There you will find the way to go. If the doubt persists, contact the Project Manager responsible for your integration. He is the right person to help you and support you in solving all your doubts.

What are the steps to develop the integration with ANYMARKET?

If you are just starting our integration, the first step is to study our documentation! In the meantime, you will be contacted by the Project Manager responsible for your integration. From there, your Manager will schedule a kick-off meeting, where the expectations of the integration will be aligned and the deadlines and general schedule of the integration will be agreed. At this meeting, your Project Manager will clarify all your doubts and explain the integration steps in detail.

Who sets the integration schedule?

Responsibility for setting the integration schedule will depend on the type of integration you are developing. If you're the one developing the ANYMARKET integration, then you're the one who should set the schedule. This definition will be carried out together with the Project Manager responsible for its integration, and he will support you in this construction. If ANYMARKET is developing your integration, then the Project Manager responsible for your integration is the one who will set up the schedule and forward it to you, so that you can follow up.

Before I start the integration, do I need something?

In order for our integration to take place in the best possible way, the first step before starting the development is the analysis of our documentation and training to understand the ANYMARKET business model. Following these steps, the development of the integration will be done easily and without complications.

I sent a request to B2W and it only appeared on ANYMARKET after I forced the sync. Why does this occur?

In these cases, it is possible that the order notification URL for ANYMARKET is not registered with B2W. If this occurs, B2W must be asked to insert the URL. Our support will be able to do this for you! Ask the Manager in charge of your account.

In the SKU field, which characters are allowed?

Each marketplace has its own limitations. So, so that there is no confusion, and you don't have complications, ANYMARKET has the following limitation: "Use only letters, numbers, hyphen(-), underscore(_) and period". It was created to ensure that it is possible to send the SKU to any marketplace without any problems! If you have any questions in this regard, please contact the Project Manager responsible for your account. He will be able to support you so that you have no doubts.

How do I get the Token from the sandbox and production environment?

Our team will provide this data for you! Ask the Project Manager in charge of your integration. Also, for your tests to be even more effective, we provide a sandbox environment, which is more stable and similar to the production environment. Only use the sandbox environment to do the necessary test load!

I'm homologating the Magento module, should I take any precautions?

If you are using or will use the test stores, for the purpose of homologation of the Magento module, it is necessary that you pay attention to the following question: If the test store is mirrored in the store used by the customer, it will come with the Host information – access of production in ANYMARKET – and Access Token filled with the data that is in production for the customer. In this case, if changes are not made to this data before its use, even though the data is not affected in the partner's store, the data will be changed in the customer's ANYMARKET, in production. So that this doesn't happen, and your client doesn't have problems, request access to the sandbox environment from the Project Manager responsible for its integration and don't always use the data from the sandbox environment.

What is the URL for me to see the registered products in sandbox?

The URL that will take you to the sandbox environment is: http://sandbox.anymarket.com.br.
